Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe - How to Make Dominos style Garlic Bread
Hey Guys ! This Easy Homemade Garlic Bread Taste so good that I insist everyone must try this recipe at home. It taste even better than dominos garlic bread as it has that freshness crunch! It's SO YUMMY and SO EASY ! to make and delicious alongside with your favourite Seasonings. You can also make this stuffed garlic bread in Cooker or pan only thing you need a stand and plate and cook it without whistle in cooker or in a pan for 15 to 20 minutes. Ingredients for Garlic Bread Recipe:- 1/4 Cup Warm Milk 1 Tsp Sugar 1 Tsp Active dry yeast 1 Cup all purpose flour 1/4 Tsp Salt 1 to 2Tsp Oregano 1 to 2 Tsp Chilli flakes 2 tsp Oil 2-3 Tbsp Butter 1 Tbsp crushed garlic 2 Tbsp Chopped coriander 1 to 2 tsp garlic powder 1 to 2 tsp Black pepper 1 Cup Mozzarella cheese Instructions :- 1. Add warm Milk 1/4 Cup to the bowl . 2. Sprinkle milk with 1 tsp sugar and 1 tsp yeast. 3. Mix it well and let yeast activated for 4 to 5 minutes 4. Add a little bit Salt and 4 cloves of garlic and 3/4 tsp oregano ,butter 1 tsp and 1 Cup of all purpose flour. Mix all thoroughly and knead for 10 minutes and make a soft dough. Put 2 tsp oil on top of the dough and knead again and tuck dough. 5. Leave the dough for 2 hours in a room temperature. 6. After 2 hours the dough will be doubled in size. Knead again and tuck dough to make it flat. 7. In a small bowl, combine the butter 1/4 Cup, coriander 2. Tsp and minced garlic. 4 cloves 8. On the flat dough brush with the garlic combine mixture and top with Mozzarella cheese , chilli flakes , oregano and garlic powder. 9. fold half and seal edges into any shape you like. 10. Brush one top with butter and chilli flakes and any seasoning you like. 11. Cut dough into 1 inch long bread 12. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
